Coleman was born and raised in the town of Blackpool, Lancashire. Coleman was head of the class of Arnold School, Blackpool and received straight A's in her A level. In a discussion about her appearance on Emmerdale, Coleman admitted that she regretted not going to university. Coleman was part of a group named In Yer Space at her school. The company presented Crystal Clear in Edinburgh Festival. It also received favorable reviews. Coleman was awarded the award for her outstanding performance. Coleman was given the part as Jasmine Thomas at Emmerdale while performing in drama school in 2005. Coleman was nominated for awards in 2007 and won two Awards. The British Soap Awards of 2009 she was nominated under the categories of Best Actress and Sexiest female and Best Dramatic Acting. Coleman was nominated for Best Actress by the TV Choice Awards. Steven Moffat of Doctor Who revealed in a news meeting held on the 21st march 2012, that Coleman would be replacing Karen Gillan after she and Arthur Darvill had left. Moffat selected her for the part because she was the most effective when working with Smith and spoke more quickly than him. Eva Larue..............................Eva LaRue is an American actor and model. She's been working in the entertainment industry since 1987. She is more well-known for her TV work than films. Eva has played a variety of TV parts, however Dr. Maria Santos from All My Children' and Detective Natalia Boa Vistas of CSI Miami have stood out. The latter even garnered her two nominations for the Daytime Emmy Awards as well as gave her the chance to experiment with her talents in music. Alongside being an actress, Eva is also a charitable philanthropist, as well as an entrepreneur. She is a thrice-married woman and has a daughter with her second spouse.
