Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor as well as a model. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career when she was just 16 years old, and she gave up her gymnastics. Within a year, she received her Pro Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. When she quit her gymnastics profession, she began to compete in fitness competitions when she was 16. After only one year, she earned her Professional Card when she was 17. This made her the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was off the stage for the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. She came back in 2015 and picked up her previous place of participating in some of the most prestigious contests like the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. When she won her first competition in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting up new goals. For 2009 alone, 4 more fitness titles were added to her list. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel took an extended break following her professional card's issuance so that she could earn her degree from college. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut was held at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in 2015 October. The show was a success and she came in third. In summer 2016, she took first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. In three months she was on stage at the Olympia and took 6th in her Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel states that she was more than proud of her performance. In light of the fact that she had to compete against best of the best. Ariel is always improving her physique. Ariel loves to work out her back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of lat pulldowns with a single arm as well as pullups with machines, and bent-over rows. Her usual routine is to warm up and then proceeds on to the work outs. Ariel is also extremely efficient with her time. How she does this is by supersetting the back exercises she does. Three or four supersets with 10--12 reps are completed.
