She is responsible for all of our processes that deal with People, People Management along with Talent Management and the development of culture. Annmarie Fairweather, an experienced Human Resources leader, brings 30 years of knowledge to the table. She has worked with top executives across a variety of industries, helping them improve their company, especially when they are experiencing rapid expansion. She has served as a consultant to transform business and human resources strategies into goals for the entire enterprise and strategic plans by utilizing the management of performance and organizational processes as well as employee engagement and change management. Passionate about the leadership of teams, she views the development of teams and their learning crucial to maintaining competitive advantage. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize businesses, developing leaders, and coaching them to achieve demonstrated success. These experiences helped develop organizational cultures which embodied innovative learning practices and the capacity to adapt. Annmarie's enthusiasm for promoting Learning Ally has inspired her to dedicate all of her energy and efforts for the cause. Additionally, she supports a variety of non-profit organisations in her free time. These include being a participant in the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee who are dedicated to assisting women develop into leaders.
